We want every sip to hit right. If something’s off, we’ll make it right.

The Basics

Because our beverages are perishable, we don’t accept returns. But if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, let us know.

Report an Issue

Email info@sunbuzzdrinks.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • What went wrong
  • Photo (if applicable)

What We’ll Do

Once reviewed, we’ll make it right with:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full or partial refund

(Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days.)

Order Changes

Need to edit or cancel? Email us ASAP. Once an order is processed or shipped, we can’t guarantee changes.
